Refund policy

Digital products (Digital Business Kit, Futurepreneur Live video course) are final sale. They are delivered by email within minutes of ordering, so we can't accept returns or offer refunds on them.

Physical kits can be returned unopened within 14 days of delivery. Email team@futurepreneur.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send you instructions. Once we receive the unopened kit, we'll refund your original payment method.

If your kit arrives damaged or something is missing, email team@futurepreneur.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
